The leadership style of Jesus Christ
Is not it strange that the leadership style of the most important person to ever walk this earth was never investigated and developed properly?
Think about it. Scientists were able to identify Hitler's body by its teeth. [And this is not unusual and standards today.] Currently, a person's DNA can be detected from a strand of hair. Science [in all its diversity] has grown enormously, and it is God who gave the this type of human intelligence. God gave us intelligence, gave us the ability to research, select, choose, and determine. God [what the Bible says in Genesis 1:27] made mankind according to his image. Our intelligence, skills and potential is far greater than that of animals and plants. [Regardless of what some schools thinking invent.]
With this human intellect has researched and developed almost every conceivable topic. They can tell you the best details of the particle smaller in outer space.
However, you may be told the leadership style of Jesus Christ? No!
There are many writings about Jesus, including some about his leadership style. But have thoroughly researched it? No. They make many assumptions, but apparently had very little research. Have you read the part where Jesus said: "I am the good servant"? I do not I have what I read was the part where he said: "I I am the good shepherd. "[This was not said with sarcasm and bad guys.] I just want to show that we have gone off track when talking about the leadership style of Jesus Christ.
On the subject of Christian Leadership more is written of King David to Jesus. Just as I read a lot about King David by example shepherd. [And a pastor well it was.] I think it is good to emphasize the leadership of King David style as King David was chosen by God, and it was no coincidence that he was destined to write Psalm 23. Without But when we stay focused on the leadership of King David Shepherd are not missing something? Is not there someone bigger who have had more impact on the flock King David?
The entire Old Testament is a pointer to Jesus Christ.
Abraham points to Jesus, like Moses, David, and many other Old Testament figures. Thus, if too much emphasis on one of the characters of the Old Testament, [holy, because they] have an opportunity to take honor and glory away from Jesus.
Furthermore, if we find the best leadership style would be best if we go in search of human leaders, or would it be better to see the Son of God? The fact of the matter is that God knows everything from before creation. He created everything that exists, and by the way, Jesus was involved with the Father according to John 1:3.
But does not sound logical to think that Jesus is fully aware of what that the best leadership style would be of eternal past to the eternal future?
Why then, we will remain with King David, while we can go to Jesus?
When I started doing a study of styles of Christian leadership, I went to the same person I turned to when I came to I realized that was in need of a Savior. I was the person who knows everything. The one after that Christianity is called. The Son of God, Jesus Christ.
Then I learned that he had already developed his style of leadership. He said:
I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep (John 10:11 KJV).
There it was, written in the scriptures for all to see. Jesus [as some suppose, apparently] and refers to concentrate on sheep in that verse. Yes he was worried about the future of the sheep, but in these verses He was primarily referring to his own leadership style. He was us saying about the best leadership style to be applied if we want the sheep to thrive. If you would like to emphasize the sheep into the equation, he could have said 'that sheep are great 'or something similar.
There could also be said, I am El Salvador "[which is absolutely true] but that was not I was about this discursive process. Jesus referred to the proper way to guide his flock. His followers were like sheep. This explains in several parables. It takes shepherd-like care. I also knew it was time to come back to his Father, and the sheep need new leaders and non-salaried class. Mercenaries who flee when danger threatens, but the type of leaders who stand tall, protecting and caring for the sheep.
Jesus was telling his followers proactively through the centuries, for any flock of sheep to thrive, it would be a leader in its class to drive and protect them.
With God's grace and inspiration of the Holy Spirit, I researched the leadership style of Jesus Christ in a period of more than 20 years. In the end, after writing a doctoral thesis on the subject of Jesus' leadership style, I realized that all this research effort, and would be in vain if I do not share. All the wisdom who won would be lost.
More importantly, the name of Jesus would be glorified.
Much has been said about leadership pastor. Some of that is wonderful, uplifting and inspiring. Yet as is the case with many other things in life, even the best can be perverted. While there are many authors sincerely to do justice to the cause of Jesus, writing about his leadership style, others guessing, while some are left with the impression that they believe Jesus learned of David. Some propagating pastor or pastoral leadership probably did not even have a personal relationship with the Good Shepherd.
Due to many writings on this subject [of which many are different from what the Holy Spirit taught me], I call the product of my research © real leadership Pastor.
This is the first of a series of articles on leadership style of Jesus Christ, I have the intention to publish, and I hope that will be read, content is reflected, above all, the idea applies.

The dating of the Gospels of the New Testament
The reason that the skeptics and critics like to put dates late in the writings of Gospel is because it gives them less credibility and leaves much more time must elapse of real events from the date of composition, is a general rule that requires several generations for the myth that they get into the accounts and stories. If the Gospel writings were composed in such a late date would not be able to really know it was originally produced and what makes up the myth or simply give the evangelists written accounts unreliable.
There are several arguments for an early the Gospels and are basically about the book of Acts and Luke. The Gospel of Luke is the author of the Acts of the Apostles. This is known and widely accepted in academic circles because the book of Acts mentions a written previously known as the Gospel of Luke, which was a summary of all that Jesus said and did.
More arguments date of the Acts of the Apostles, between 60 and 62 AD, for the following reasons: there is no indication of the beginning of the war of the Jews in 66 or a decrease in the relations between Romans and Jews before that time. There is no sign of deteriorating relations with Rome during the Christian persecution Nero, in fact the tone of confidence of Acts seems unlikely that during Nero's persecutions of Christians and the Jewish War with Rome during the last 60 years, another consideration is Acts is that the temple was still standing. There is no indication the death of James at the hands of the Sanhedrin in 62, recorded by Josephus. The importance of the trial of Gallio in Acts 18:14-17 can be seen as a precedent to legitimize the Christian doctrine under the umbrella of tolerance extended to Judaism. The role and authority of the Sadducees in Acts reflects a pre-70 date, before the collapse of Jewish political cooperation in Rome at the time the Sanhedrin Jews were stripped of their powers removed. Luke gives the petty details of the culture of an early, Julio-Claudian period. The action is completed very early in the 60 years, however, the description in Acts 27 and 28 in writing with vivid immediacy. It is also a strange place to finish the book if years have passed since pre-62 events occurred.
No Gospel mentions the destruction of another temple that Jesus Christ prophesied its destruction, in addition, the writers of the Gospels were always willing to talk about fulfilled prophecies as evidence that Jesus was the Messiah did not mention the fulfillment of Jesus' prophecy about the destruction of the temples was in 70 or prophecy of the death of Peter by Jesus, which occurred around the year 64
The early church argued that the Gospel of Matthew was the first gospel written. Lately, the priority of Matthew as the first gospel written has come under scrutiny. Quote Mathew early found in the writings of Ignatius. Therefore, Matthew was in circulation long before Ignatius. Ignatius died in 115AD Since then the Gospel of Mark would than before. It is generally believed that Matthew was written before AD 70 and in the year 50.
Mark was a disciple of Peter and it was Peter who told Mark the life of Christ and guided him in writing the Gospel known by name. Generally, Mark is said to be the earliest Gospel, with authorship of AD 55-70.
The Gospel John is probably the last gospel to be written and appears to have been around 80-90AD. The Ryland papyrus fragment 52 of the Gospel of John dating from AD 135 contains portions of John 18, which was found in Egypt and have taken time to circulate so far
