Chorus:
Who is this man? This man from Galilee.
Why would he come to save a poor wretch like me?
Doesn’t he know, if not a worthy soul?
Why would this man die for me?
Verse 1
I watch him as he came to town,
the people were everywhere.
He would sit down and talk with them,
like the woman at the well.
I asked around who could this prophet be?
They said his name is Jesus from Galilee
Verse 2
I started to follow him everywhere
From to town to town you see.
I saw him heal a blind man
For all the world to see
I asked around who could this healer be?
They said this man is Jesus from Galilee.
Verse 3
Then one night the soldiers came
To take this man away.
They brought him out with Herod,
& he asked who would it be?
Barabbas or this thief I have
or this man from Galilee?
The people cried Barabbas!
& he was set free
Verse 4
They took him to Golgotha,
to hang him from a tree.
They drove nails in his hands & feet.
They put a crown of thorns upon his head.
A man standing next to me,
Said who could this man be?
I said this is Jesus my Savior from Galilee!

About the Song:
Who Is This Man was written one day when I was thinking about what it would have been like to be alive during Jesus time. To see him heal the sick, make the blind to see, to teach and to preach.
